I’m in the process of working on this page for pastoral and congregational coaching. While you’re waiting (and reading this anyway), I’d like to explain my philosophy of ministry.
Based in Ephesians 4:11-13, my mission statement is“through the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, equip the saints for ministry to the world and each other by intentional and strategic discipleship motivated by love for Christ and His will.”.
The goal of pastoral and congregational coaching is simple (albeit sometimes difficult to execute): help churches and pastors reach their full redemptive potential in Jesus for the sake of the Gospel.
